CraftOptics is confident you will enjoy your new telescopes and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return your CraftOptics Telescopes, we will gladly accept it during a 30-day trial period. The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) calling us at 1 888 444 7728 or by emailing us at exchange@craftoptics.com. To help us improve our offering, we would greatly appreciate any details you can provide as to why they did not work for you. To speed processing, the RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number may result in delayed refund.

Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the for full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office to:

CraftOptics Binocular Magnifying Telescopes (the “product”) carry a (3) three year limited warranty. The product is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for three (3) years from the date the product is purchased from CraftOptics. Any product or parts thereof which are determined by CraftOptics® to be defective shall, at CraftOptics’ option, be repaired or replaced or the purchase price paid for such Product shall be refunded.

This product warranty applies only within the United States of America, Canada, or to purchases made by approved CraftOptics International Distributors. Any customer residing outside of the United States or Canada and which is not an approved CraftOptics international distributor accepts this product “as is” and without warranty of any kind. This warranty is non-transferable, and shall only apply to the original purchaser of the product, as identified in CraftOptics’ records.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, striking, scratching, pitting or chipping of lenses, immersing in ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, using caustic, acidic or discoloring cleaning or disinfecting agents, modifying or altering the product or any other abuse, or normal wear and tear of the product and its components.

Craftoptics Shall in No Event Be Liable for Incidental or Consequential Damages or for Any Other Costs or Expenses Arising from the Use of This Product, Even if It Is Warned in Advance of the Possible Occurrence of Such Damages. This Warranty Is Exclusive and in Lieu of All Other Warranties, Implied or Expressed, Including Warranties of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose. Under No Circumstances Shall Craftoptics’ Liability Be Greater Than the Price Originally Paid for the Product. the Limitations and Exclusions Contained Herein Shall Apply Unless Otherwise Prohibited by Applicable Law, the Terms of Which Are Not Waiveable by Contract.
